By accessing or using our website, creating an account, or purchasing a product directly from Church in Miniature, you agree to these Terms and any policies incorporated into them.

6. Different Types of Products

Products displayed on Church in Miniature may be offered through different fulfillment arrangements.

Church in Miniature–Fulfilled Products

Certain products may be stored and shipped directly by Church in Miniature.

These products are subject to our applicable Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and Cancellation Policy.

Supplier-Fulfilled and Dropshipped Products

Certain products are purchased from Church in Miniature but stored, packaged, and shipped directly by an independent supplier, distributor, manufacturer, or fulfillment provider.

Church in Miniature remains your primary point of contact for qualifying order problems and return requests involving these purchases unless we specifically instruct you otherwise.

Supplier procedures may affect:

  • Shipping times

  • Product availability

  • Packaging

  • Return locations

  • Restocking fees

  • Return eligibility

  • Replacement procedures

  • Damaged-item claims

Customers should not independently return supplier-fulfilled merchandise to an address appearing on the package unless Church in Miniature provides instructions to do so.

Print-on-Demand and Made-to-Order Products

Some products—including apparel, bags, accessories, and other merchandise—may be manufactured or printed specifically after your order is placed.

These products may be produced and fulfilled through third-party providers such as Printify.

Because these products are manufactured specifically for an individual order, special cancellation, return, and exchange restrictions may apply.

Affiliate Products

Church in Miniature may also display products that are sold directly by another company.

These products generally direct you to an outside website through an affiliate or referral link.

Affiliate transactions are addressed separately below.

7. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to accurately present product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, photographs, pricing, colors, sizing information, availability, and other product information.

However, differences may occur.

  • Product packaging may change

  • Manufacturers may make minor product changes

  • Supplier-provided descriptions or specifications may contain errors

  • Handmade or manufactured items may contain minor variations

We do not guarantee that every product image, description, specification, price, or availability status will always be completely accurate.

If we discover a material error affecting your order, we may contact you, correct the error, or cancel the affected product and refund applicable amounts already paid.

8. Pricing

Prices may change without notice.

The price charged for a direct Church in Miniature purchase will normally be the price displayed when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors.

If a product is accidentally listed at a materially incorrect price because of a technical, supplier, administrative, or other error, we may cancel the affected order and refund any payment already collected.

Prices displayed on third-party affiliate websites are controlled by those companies and may differ from prices previously displayed or referenced on Church in Miniature.

We may not receive or store your complete payment-card information when payment information is submitted directly to a payment processor.

  • The payment provider rejects the transaction

We reserve the right to take reasonable steps to verify an order before fulfillment.

11. Order Acceptance

Receiving an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that an order has entered production, shipped, or become incapable of cancellation.

An order may still be reviewed for:

  • Payment authorization

  • Pricing accuracy

  • Shipping restrictions

  • Supplier availability

  • Fraud prevention

  • Other fulfillment requirements

We may contact you if additional information is reasonably necessary to process your order.

12. Shipping

Shipping methods, charges, estimated delivery times, free-shipping qualifications, and related conditions are governed by our Shipping Policy and any information provided during checkout.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Supplier processing

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather

  • Holidays

  • Inventory shortages

  • Manufacturing delays

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Service interruptions

  • Natural disasters

  • Transportation disruptions

Different products in the same order may arrive separately when they are fulfilled from different locations.

13. Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting an order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address results in a package being:

  • Undeliverable

  • Returned to sender

  • Delivered to the address entered by the customer

  • Subject to additional shipping charges

the customer may be responsible for additional shipping or reshipping costs.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment or production has begun.

14. Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages

If an order appears to be lost during shipment or an item is missing from a shipment, please contact Church in Miniature promptly.

Missing-item claims should generally be reported within the timeframe established in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

We may review carrier information, tracking records, supplier records, photographs, delivery confirmations, and other available information when evaluating a claim.

A package marked delivered by the carrier is not automatically considered lost.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist with qualifying delivery issues, but replacement or reimbursement may depend on the particular circumstances, carrier procedures, supplier requirements, and any optional shipping protection associated with the order.

15. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds for products purchased directly through Church in Miniature are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Our Returns & Refunds Policy is incorporated into these Terms.

Among other requirements:

  • Eligible standard merchandise generally has a limited return period

  • Prior Return Authorization is required

  • Customers must follow the return instructions provided

  • Authorized physical returns generally must be shipped within the required return-authorization timeframe

  • Products must generally be returned in their required condition and packaging

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping when the return is not caused by our error or an eligible defect

  • Damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing products should be reported promptly

  • Certain products are non-returnable

Do not mail a product back before receiving authorization and return instructions when authorization is required.

A product shipped to an incorrect return address may be refused or may not be recoverable.

16. Made-to-Order and Print-on-Demand Returns

Products manufactured specifically for an individual order may have more restrictive return rules.

This includes products manufactured through print-on-demand services such as Printify.

Unless otherwise required by law or stated in our Returns & Refunds Policy, made-to-order merchandise generally cannot be returned or exchanged solely because a customer:

  • Selected the wrong size

  • Selected the wrong color

  • Selected the wrong variation

  • Changed their mind

  • No longer wants the product

Customers are responsible for reviewing sizing charts, product descriptions, colors, designs, and other applicable product information before submitting an order.

Qualifying manufacturing defects, misprints, damage, or fulfillment errors should be reported according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

17. Non-Returnable Products

Certain products may not be eligible for return.

These may include, depending on the circumstances:

  • Personalized products

  • Customized products

  • Made-to-order products

  • Certain print-on-demand products

  • Blessed religious articles

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products after delivery or access

  • Clearance or final-sale merchandise

  • Products subject to health or hygiene restrictions after use or opening

  • Products damaged through misuse or improper handling

  • Other products specifically identified as non-returnable

18. Exchanges

Church in Miniature does not currently guarantee direct product exchanges.

When an eligible customer wants a different product, size, color, or variation, we may require the customer to return the original eligible product and place a separate new order.

Made-to-order and print-on-demand products generally cannot be exchanged for a different size, color, or variation merely because of customer preference or selection error.

19. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled when cancellation is still reasonably possible and the order has not entered a stage of fulfillment or production that prevents cancellation.

Cancellation is not guaranteed.

An order may become non-cancellable after:

  • It has shipped

  • A supplier has begun processing it

  • A shipping label or fulfillment process has progressed beyond cancellation

  • Production of a personalized, customized, or made-to-order product has begun

Personalized, customized, made-to-order, and print-on-demand products may enter production shortly after an order is submitted.

Customers should carefully review orders before completing checkout.

If an order can no longer be cancelled, the customer may need to receive the item and follow the applicable return procedure if the product is otherwise eligible for return.

20. Affiliate Relationships

Church in Miniature may participate in affiliate programs operated by retailers, manufacturers, suppliers, affiliate networks, and other businesses.

We may receive commissions or other compensation when visitors make qualifying purchases or take qualifying actions through certain links.

Affiliate relationships generally do not increase the price paid by the customer.

Where required, affiliate relationships will be disclosed in accordance with applicable rules and our Affiliate Disclosure.

21. Affiliate Purchases and External Transactions

An important distinction exists between products purchased from Church in Miniature and products accessed through affiliate links.

If you click an affiliate or external product link and complete the purchase on another company’s website:

  • The transaction is between you and that company

  • Church in Miniature does not process your payment

  • Church in Miniature does not fulfill that order

  • The outside company determines its shipping terms

  • The outside company’s return, cancellation, warranty, and refund policies apply

  • Church in Miniature cannot approve or issue a refund for that transaction

Questions concerning those orders must be directed to the company from which the purchase was completed.
